Some Time Home

Sunlight paints the mosque wall white, Azan whispers "Time to take flight. " We stand, hand in hand, hearts intertwined, Leaving laughter and memories behind. Now, trains pull away, tracks diverging wide, Leaving behind where our spirits reside. But in every breath, your scent I trace, Love's muezzin calls, finding its place.
